Who we are
London Market Forums ("LMF", "we", "us"), 20 St Dunstan's Hill, London EC3R 8HL, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@lmforums.com.
What we collect
When you register interest, enquire about sponsorship or contact us, we collect your name, work email, organisation, job title, any package of interest and any message you send. We also collect basic, anonymous usage statistics about how the site is used.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, manage registration for the Technology & Innovation Summit 2026, send event information and logistics, and handle sponsorship discussions.
Our lawful basis is your consent (given when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in organising and running the event.
Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. We use trusted service providers (such as website hosting and email delivery) who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. Attendee details may be shared with event sponsors only where you have separately agreed.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and registration data for up to 24 months after the event, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we have a legal reason to keep it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email info@lmforums.com to exercise these rights.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies needed for it to function, plus privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.
